About Us

J700 Group Ltd is a dynamic, fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Haslingden, Lancashire, delivering innovative IT solutions to businesses across the UK. With a lean team of just three, we're an ambitious, close-knit group with a startup-like energy, driven by passion, innovation, and a commitment to exceptional service. Our mission is to aggressively expand our client base and market presence, and we need a proactive, enthusiastic team member to boost productivity, streamline processes, and fuel our growth. If you're ready to take ownership, optimize operations, and make a real difference in a vibrant environment, join us at this exciting stage of our journey

Role Overview

We're seeking a Business Support Executive to be a driving force in our team, taking on a versatile role that blends administration, social media, marketing, sales support, and process optimisation to propel J700's growth. This position is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, a passion for efficiency, and a relentless drive to contribute to our expansion. You'll streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support business development initiatives while working closely with our team in a fast-paced, IT-focused environment. Flexible options (full-time 37.5 hours/week or part-time 16 hours/week) include remote work and occasional meetings and office visits. If you thrive on improving processes, driving results, and making a difference with a can-do attitude, this is your chance to shine

Key Responsibilities

* Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows (e.g., administrative tasks, lead tracking, content scheduling) and implement streamlined processes or tools (e.g., CRM, Trello, Asana) to boost team productivity and support scalability.
* Administrative Efficiency: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, email correspondence, client record organization, and document preparation, ensuring seamless operations with minimal downtime in our lean team.
* Social Media Growth: Create and schedule engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook, amplifying our brand to attract new clients.
* Marketing for Growth: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (e.g., email newsletters, IT-focused blogs, promotional materials)
* Sales Support: Support the sales process by qualifying leads, preparing proposals, following up with prospects
* Ad-Hoc Support: Tackle additional tasks like supplier coordination, basic IT admin, or event planning, taking ownership to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in our team.

What We're Looking For

* Essential:
* A proactive, can-do attitude with infectious enthusiasm and a passion for driving productivity and business growth. Attitude is key
* An outgoing personality that excels in collaborative settings, building strong relationships with team members, clients, and partners.
* A strong sense of ownership, taking initiative to manage tasks and improve processes independently.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to create compelling marketing content and engage confidently in client interactions.
* Basic experience in administration, marketing, social media, or sales, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
* Ability to identify and implement process improvements, with a knack for problem-solving and efficiency.
* Current clean UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (required for client meetings and events).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Desirable:
* Experience in a small business or MSP environment, though we prioritise attitude and potential over specific industry knowledge.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp or similar), or process management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana or similar).
* Knowledge of basic SEO or automation tools to enhance marketing and operational efficiency.
* Certifications in digital marketing, sales, or process improvement (not required but a plus).

Why Join J700 Group Ltd?

* Make an Impact: Play a pivotal role in our small team, directly driving productivity, process improvements, and business growth.
* Career Progression: Rapid growth opportunities as we scale, from skill development to potential leadership roles in our expanding MSP.
* Vibrant Culture: Join a supportive, fun team that values innovation, collaboration, and positive energy.
* Flexible Work: Choose full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (16 hours) with a mix of remote work, client meetings, and office visits to suit your lifestyle.
* Competitive Rewards: Salary of £25,000 (full-time) or £10,700 (part-time, pro-rata), plus performance-based bonuses and mileage for business travel.
* Development Support: Access to training and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing, and process management platforms) to enhance your skills and efficiency.
