Diagnose complex vehicle systems and routine service/repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fixes.
Conduct comprehensive video vehicle health checks, identifying issues and upselling additional services where appropriate.
Advise technicians, service advisors, and customers on repair needs and repairs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop area adhering to safety standards.
Liaise with workshop supervision to ensure timely progress of all work.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality workmanship at all times.Requirements:
Qualification at Level 3 or above in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Diagnostic certification is highly desirable, ideally obtained with a recognised brand.
Proven experience in diagnostics and fault-finding across passenger vehicles.
Confident in performing all aspects of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Ability to make quick, informed decisions prioritising customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
