Salary: £26,509.51 pa plus Commission (April 2026)

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings specialist to join our team based in Newcastle City centre.
You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all customers.
If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, a team focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive lettings service.
Duties will include managing the client database, diary and lead generation, carrying out viewings & canvassing and assisting with listing of new properties. Further duties will include delivery of feedback, negotiating with clients, agreeing lets and assisting with client progression to move in.
Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; however, a highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.

* Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced IT skill, particularly with Microsoft packages
* Understanding of what makes a difference in delivering excellent customer service
* Enthusiastic team player
* Excellent attention to detail
