Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and qualified Retrofit Assessors to join our growing team on a self-employed basis, carrying out assessments in social housing properties along the Nottingham to Sheffield corridor.
This is an excellent opportunity for assessors looking for consistent, high-volume work, supported by a professional retrofit delivery team. Work is paid on a price-per-property basis, with earnings averaging £300–£400 per day, depending on productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties
* Collect and record accurate data including floor plans, occupancy, ventilation, and fabric condition
* Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders
* Upload and submit reports via our digital platform within agreed timescales
* Ensure all work complies with current PAS 2035 and TrustMark standards
Requirements:
* Level 3 Retrofit Assessor qualification (with up-to-date accreditation)
* Demonstrable experience conducting retrofit assessments in social housing
* Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
* Strong digital skills (tablet/smartphone, data entry, report submission)
* DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
* Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
