Property Administrator

Hays are recruiting for a permanent property administrator. This role is based in Salford Quays, Manchester and is an office-based position Monday–Friday.
Your new role
You will provide administrative support to the wider team, maintain accurate records, schedules, compliance, and review lease renewals. You will maintain marketing schedules, assist in coordinating repairs, compliance resolution, you will audit databases, assist with reporting, draft documents, handle calls, issue demands, support with budgets and reconciliations, monitor payments and organise filing systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in professional services, particularly legal or property, is essential. You will have strong organisational skills, you will have experience in administration, and excellent written and verbal skills. You will be proficient in word, excel and outlook. You will be able to prioritise tasks.
What you'll get in return
This role is a permanent position paying £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience. Excellent benefits, free parking.
