Salary: £90–£105 per day (PAYE – no umbrella fees)

A lovely, community-driven primary school in W3 is looking for a confident, nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2026 through to the end of the academic year. You'll be part of a creative and caring environment where play, curiosity, and confidence-building take centre stage.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils in Nursery or Reception with day-to-day learning and development
2. Creating a fun, safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child thrives
3. Helping with phonics, sensory play, and those all-important snack times
4. Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support progress
What we’re looking for:
5. Previous EYFS experience (nursery or primary school setting)
6. A calm, playful and patient approach
7. A genuine love for helping little learners grow
8. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
