Job Title: Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Nursery Nurse
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Early Years Educator to join our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery, located within our Nuffield Health gym. This role involves leading a small team and delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a small team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
2. Help deliver full-day care, sessional care, and pre-school education.
3. Promote health and wellbeing, supporting children to achieve the best possible start in life.
4. Ensure learning is linked to each child's development.
5. Maintain excellent communication with parents, carers, and external professionals.
6. Implement current legislation, safeguarding policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies (or equivalent) and experience working in a nursery setting are required.
