Support Worker

If so, then this is an opportunity for you to join our dynamic team based in our Supported Living Home in Westhead. Please note this is to cover maternity with a potential of going permanent after 8 months

You will support adults who experience a range of health conditions and who have a Learning Disability to remain active and engage in community activities.
This could be supporting people to develop their living skills, such as cooking, maintaining their living space, and managing their finances, so they can live independently again.
You will help them source enjoyable community activities.
Enthusiastic, with an interest in working with Learning Disability.
Flexible, as Shifts will cover weekends and sleep.(Empathic, with a flexible approach that respects individual differences.
