Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic all-rounder to join our dynamic team, working across all 4 of our sites, combining bar work, café work, housekeeping and kitchen work. This role is essential in providing exceptional service across various areas, including all aspects of hospitality, and guest services.
Duties
* Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.
* Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.
* Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods.
* Perform various tasks as required across different departments, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Skills
* Confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in hospitality.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Barista experience.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
It is also essential that the candidate is 18+ due to occasional lone working during the day, serving alcohol, and late night shifts on the bar.
