The Role – Pastry Commis Chef We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Commis Chef to join the pastry team. Working under experienced senior chefs, you will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea items for both the restaurant and the hotel’s wider offering. This role is ideal for someone early in their pastry career, or a Commis Chef looking to specialise in the pastry section.
