Care Assistant – Worthing & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

Pay & Benefits

* Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
* Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
* Live‑in care: £130 – £145 per day
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
* Holiday pay (12.07%)
* Company pension (3% contribution)
* Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Your role may include:
* Delivering high-quality, person‑centred care
* Supporting with personal care and daily routines
* Providing companionship and emotional support

*To be eligible for the £500 signing bonus, you must have availability to suit the branch’s needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week. The joining bonus will be paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing, and £250 upon successful completion of probation.
