Are you a strong advocate who wants to support and advocate for young people? Now in our third year of operation, we have a range of job opportunities for you.
Due to the promotion of our manager, we are seeking a registered manager to lead our exciting and innovative service. We also have opportunities for residential key workers and portfolio leads.
Our Place is a creative and flexible service working with the most vulnerable young people and their families. Originally developed by North Yorkshire County Council as the No Wrong Door model, it was renamed Our Place by our young people. The model emphasizes providing multi-agency support to young people aged nine plus who are in or on the edge of care, aiming for permanence in a family setting.
We use relational and restorative approaches, working with young people at their pace to support their growth and potential.
