A small, forward-thinking Construction Consultancy based near London Bridge are searching for a driven Senior Project Manager who has a background within a Construction Consultancy and strong experience delivering Schemes from Inception-Completion. The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join: The Senior Project Manager will be joining a Construction Consultancy that have a strong reputation for delivering Schemes within Education and Heritage Sector. The schemes will vary from delivery of New Builds, extensions within existing sites to Refurbishments and CAT A/B Fit Outs. The Senior Project Manager will be delivering Projects with Contract Values as high as £50M. The Construction Consultancy that the Senior Project Manager will be joining have a successful reputation for delivering high-end Schemes within the Education and Heritage sector. The Senior Project Manager role: The Senior Project Manager will have prior experience supporting the delivery of high-value Schemes within the Education and Heritage sector. The Senior Project Manager will also have the ability to collaborate with the team and external parties throughout all stages of Project lifecycle ensuring that Projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will be responsible for: Provide continuous support/advise to current/upcoming Project from design-construction phase Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are on track Liaise with the Project Management team to resolve any problems Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and major Stakeholders Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Facilitating meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsSenior Project Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a Construction Consultancy Knowledge of the Education and Healthcare sector MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays Hybrid approach available Travel to site covered 7.5% pension contribution Quarterly company social eventsIf you are a Senior Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a growing, successful Construction Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
