As Deputy Head of House, you’ll play a central role in shaping the daily experience, wellbeing and success of our students, while living and working at the heart of a vibrant boarding community. As a Deputy Head of House (DHoH) you will be responsible to the Head of House (HoH) for day-to-day leadership and for establishing and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to the welfare, development and attainment of all students. This post is fully residential, and appropriate accommodation is allocated within the boarding house free of rent, utility bills and Council Tax. For the better performance of your duties, you will be required to reside in the designated accommodation while the college is in session.
