Your Role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will:
* Report directly to the Regional Manager
* Manage multiple client relationships across various sites
* Take full ownership and accountability from the pre-construction phase through to successful project delivery
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Has a strong track record of leading teams and delivering successful projects
* Possesses a solid understanding of contracts such as NEC and Construction Management
* Demonstrates strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Exhibits excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
* Has experience managing externals and landscaping on large projects (desirable)
