A respected specialist family law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary / Administrator to support its fee earners and ensure the smooth running of the office.
This is a varied role combining legal secretarial support, audio typing, and client-facing administrative duties .
Key Responsibilities Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
Preparing letters, court documents and forms
Diary management and appointment scheduling
Managing calls, emails and incoming enquiries
File opening, closing and archiving
Maintaining electronic and paper files
Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients
General office and administrative support
Requirements Previous experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal Administrator
Strong audio typing and document production skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Professional and confident communication skills
This role is commutable from Dewsbury, Batley, Cleckheaton, Birstall, Heckmondwike, Mirfield, and nearby areas of Bradford and Leeds
