Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world, currently seeking Seasonal Field Sales Executives to represent our partner, Nestlé.
The festive season sees increased demand for Nestlé products. The Seasonal Field Sales Executives will work with a team responsible for raising Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK retailers. You will act as the face of the brand, carrying out retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibility for driving brand sales to enhance turnover and market share. The role aims to gain additional display spaces, maintain and enhance them throughout the season.
The role runs from September to 23rd December and offers the opportunity to work with Nestlé Confectionery across the top four grocery retailers nationwide. This is a full-time role, working 7.5 hours daily between 07:00 and 19:00.

Benefits include a competitive basic salary of circa £26,000 with a bonus scheme, flexible working hours, a mobile phone, a small van for transporting marketing materials, and enhanced holiday entitlement.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
* Build relationships with key retail decision-makers (department and store managers)
* Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Ensure Nestlé’s promotional activities are implemented and products are correctly displayed with good availability
Skills development:
Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing skills, and Negotiation.
Who are we looking for?
You should have experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, but motivated individuals from other sectors are also encouraged to apply. Passion for brands and drive to succeed are essential. You must hold a full manual driving license and be willing to travel within a defined territory.
