Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced Handyperson to join a new build housing site in Willand, Devon. This is a great opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople looking for consistent work with a reputable contractor.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for general finishing and snagging duties on a busy construction site, including painting, patching, and general handyperson tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting and patching work.
Minor repairs and finishing tasks.
General site snagging and handyperson duties.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar handyperson role.
Valid CSCS Card.
Own tools and equipment.
Full UK driving licence.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
Working Hours & Pay:
Start Date: Monday 26th August.
Duration: 3 months.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am start.
Pay Rate: £20 - £22 per hour (CIS available).
