TALA is a digital‑first women’s athleisure brand founded in 2019 by Grace Beverley. With a dynamic growth strategy, we recently opened a 2,000‑sq‑ft store on Carnaby Street in London.
Role
Art Director – responsible for creating fresh, engaging, on‑brand social‑first content across all channels.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Creative Director, social teams and producers to concept and create campaigns.
* Art direction on set – lead stills and video shoots.
* Work with stylists, producers and sourcing props to produce resonant assets.
* Oversee e‑commerce imagery with external partners for consistency.
* Manage post‑production – brief editors and retouchers, ensuring on‑time delivery.
* Create and shoot content as needed.
Requirements
* 4+ years of art direction experience, ideally in women’s fashion, lifestyle or activewear.
* Strong network of creators, photographers and directors.
* Social‑first thinker with deep brand and customer connection.
* Proven track record of shaping aspirational content.
* Highly motivated, excellent communicator, ready to roll up sleeves.
