The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded High Net Worth Insurance Broker who is ready to build and grow their own book of business. While some support will be provided, this role is primarily focused on generating new HNW clients through your own network, referrals, introducers, and business development activity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the drive and confidence to connect with high-value individuals and introducers, and to provide them with outstanding, tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and develop your own portfolio of high net worth clients.
* Build relationships with introducers such as wealth managers, estate agents, solicitors, and other professionals.
* Attend networking events and identify opportunities for growth and referrals.
* Advise on and arrange complex HNW insurance policies, particularly for household, jewellery, fine art, and collections.
* Deliver first-class, personalised service that reflects our brand values and high standards.
* Work collaboratively with our internal team and specialist departments to support client needs.
* Be based in our Hitchin office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

What We’re Looking For
* A self-starter with strong networking and business development skills.
* Previous experience in HNW or personal lines insurance is preferred, but not essential.
* A genuine interest in high-value assets such as homes, jewellery, and fine art.
* Professional, articulate, and confident when dealing with high net worth individuals.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and leads.
* A relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious team environment.
