Regional Partnerships Manager
Salary: £28,000 with uncapped performance-based bonus scheme
Hours: Flexible options for full time, part-time and term-time hours
Location: Remote first with in person meetings in Leeds every 2-3 months
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who wants more than just hitting call targets. This is a role for someone who's ready to take ownership, and help shape help shape the future talent in tech, whether this be through strategic partnerships and close knit business relationships. If you've got a few years of experience in business development or sales and you're hungry for more responsibility, freedom, and progression, this could be the perfect next step.

About You
* 1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management—confident enough to own your work, ambitious enough to grow with us.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder; you enjoy making genuine connections.
* Self-motivated and results-focused—you like to see deals move forward and celebrate outcomes.
* Curious and analytical—you'll use data (from CRM insights, campaign performance, etc.) to drive your own improvement and share learnings with the team.
* Collaborative—you're excited by cross-selling, teamwork, and helping us deliver a better service together.

What You'll Do
* Lead Generation & Outreach – Use multiple platforms, campaigns, and your own creativity to identify and engage employers.
* Client Engagement – Build trust, explain the benefits of our apprenticeship and training programmes, and guide employers through next steps.
* Create Strong and Lasting Partnerships - Develop long-term relationships with partners and allies to make a big difference in industry. Cultivate lasting relationships with partners and allies to significantly impact the industry.
* Deals & Onboarding – Take ownership of moving conversations to sign-ups, contracts, and successful programme starts.
* Team Collaboration – Work alongside marketing, operations, and delivery teams to align efforts and create a joined-up client experience.
* Data-Driven Growth – Track performance in the CRM, analyse what's working, and refine your approach—sharing insights that help the whole team improve.
* Shape the Role – As we grow, you'll have the chance to help design processes, test new approaches, and even grow the team.

Location and Flexibility
We're based in Leeds but welcome applicants from across the UK. You'll need to be available for occasional in-person meetings or events. Evening or weekend work is rare but may occasionally be required.
