Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator for a part-time, permanent role at Co-op in Killearn. The position involves varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, with additional responsibilities in our in-store bakery. Full paid training and support are provided.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and supervising team members, deputising for the Store Manager
* Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store operations
* Training and coaching team members
* Supporting HR processes and store safety
* Implementing new products and services
* Engaging with the local community and supporting the store's community plan
