What’s it all about?
As the Senior Intelligent Automation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-million-pound, automation programme. You will be responsible for shaping an "automation-first" culture while managing a multidisciplinary team of analysts, change managers, and third-party developers.
Day to day activities include but are not limited to:
* Strategy & Delivery: Lead the engagement, generation, prioritisation and delivery of business automations
* Opportunity Discovery: Work with business owners and departments to shape existing and new opportunities where automation can be applied as well as understanding business impact and assumptions on benefit delivery
* Process Engineering: Conduct deep-dive process mapping supported by our automation partner, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to ensure high-impact delivery.
* Change Leadership: Drive an "automation-first" culture through stakeholder workshops, engagement campaigns, and the implementation of new ways of working.
* Team Management: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (Analysts and Change Managers) alongside external development resources.
* Governance: Define project scopes and milestones while ensuring all automations meet quality, risk, and regulatory standards.

Who will this appeal to?
This role will appeal to a strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale automation programs, ideally utilising RPA and Intelligent Automation tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism. You likely possess a passion for creating, re‑engineering, and optimising processes. By combining an analytical mindset with methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Agile, you enjoy the challenge of identifying and seizing opportunities that drive genuine business value and operational efficiency, while keeping the colleague and customer at the heart of your work.
