Hours: Full-time, 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rotas are provided in advance.
Pay rate: £13.85 to £14.15 per hour for days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night (approximately £33,059 to £33,682 annually). Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

We seek nurturing and supportive residential support workers who can provide high-quality care and help our children achieve excellent outcomes. The role involves promoting independence and life skills, ensuring safety and wellbeing are prioritized. Our home is a beautiful property, and with the support of our expert manager and experienced team, you will create an environment where our young people can thrive.
Minimum Requirements:
* A full UK driving license
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Experience working with children with learning difficulties (desirable)
* Alignment with Esland's values, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
