Key Role Responsibilities
* Drive new business growth through proactive outbound calling and client engagement
* Open new customer accounts and revive inactive ones to build a growing client base
* Work to achieve financial targets and activity KPIs (talk time, conversion rates, etc.)
* Manage CRM entries, customer updates, and pipeline forecasting daily
* Quote and process orders, managing backorders to maintain service levels
* Collaborate with pre-sales, configuration, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Build strong product knowledge to become a trusted client advisor
Key Attributes Required
* Experience or strong interest in IT sales, ideally with an understanding of hardware or services
* Target-driven and motivated by achieving commercial results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
* Able to manage time, priorities, and client expectations confidently
* CRM and MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
* Self-starter with strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills
