Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to run their service department.
* Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations
* Review CSI surveys and other measures to monitor customer satisfaction
* Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff
* Manage, coach, and motivate your team to ensure long-term staff satisfaction and potential career progression
* Control costs for the department
* Monitor performance against targets and budgets
* Manage the recruitment process as required
* Conduct performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted marketing activities
* Review Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends
About You:
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record
* Demonstrate leadership qualities and act as an ambassador for the brand and dealer group
* Show a stable career history
