What You'll Do: As Health & Safety Manager, you will: Lead and shape our HSEQ, Food Safety, Fire Safety and Wellbeing strategy Provide expert, data-led insight to senior leadership teams Drive continuous improvement in safety maturity and performance Lead accident and incident investigations with independence and authority Support Business Continuity Planning and risk management Conduct T1 & T2 audits and ensure robust action planning Champion engagement across a large, casual and agency workforce Ensure excellence in compliance systems including Salus, Alcumus and DMS You’ll be visible, influential and hands-on, regularly visiting sites during both operational and non-operational periods to support leaders and ensure standards are consistently met.
