Impact Repair Centre is a leading vehicle accident repair specialist, with 4 sites across the Midlands, committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our JLR approved Warwick branch.
The Role
As Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the site. You will lead and motivate the team to ensure operational efficiency, profitability and outstanding repair quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily body shop operations and workflow
Manage and motivate your workforce
Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
Monitor productivity, efficiency and KPIs
Manage profitability
Maintain excellent customer service and client relationships
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, private customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of vehicle repair processes and industry standards
Experience dealing with insurers and estimating systems
Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability
Excellent organisational and communication skills
ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
