Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager on a 3 month contract situated in Sale, Trafford.
This will involve covering two schemes in Sale.
Responsibilities
* Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
* Managing Compliance processes
* Supporting residents with Income issues
* Completing Heath and Safety checks
* Morning Calls
* Support Plans
* Risk Assessments
* Managing voids
Qualifications
* Social Housing/or Social Care experience
* Enhanced DBS Check
