Responsibilities
* Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Work with children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, depending on your preference
* Provide 1:1 and small group support as needed
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning
Requirements
* Has previous classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant
* Is confident working with children of varying needs and abilities
* Can manage behaviour effectively and build rapport quickly
* Is reliable, flexible, and passionate about working with children
