Your Core Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be the driving force behind the academic and social development of your pupils. Your day:to:day will involve:

Curriculum Delivery: Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons that align with the National Curriculum.
*
Assessment and Feedback: Monitoring student progress through regular marking and assessment, using data to inform future planning and interventions.
*
Classroom Management: Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment by implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
*
Holistic Support: Working closely with Teaching Assistants and SENCOs to support children with diverse learning needs.
*
Parental Partnership: Building strong relationships with parents and carers through clear communication regarding their childs progress and well:being.
Requirements for the Role:
To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate the following qualifications and traits:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a PGCE, BEd, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*
Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the KS1 or KS2 National Curriculum and statutory assessment requirements.
*
Experience: Proven experience teaching in a primary setting (Early Career Teachers are also welcomed and supported).
*
Behaviour Management: Strong classroom management skills with the ability to navigate challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency.
*
Compliance: Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS on the update service (or willingness for one).
