This position is central to the smooth operation of both their order fulfilment and sales functions. It requires a confident communicator, a detail-oriented administrator, and a proactive relationship builder. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new business activity, ensuring that customer enquiries are handled professionally, and maintaining strong engagement with both existing and previously inactive customers.
