Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Services Manager role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for managing M&E installations onsite, leading technical reviews during the design and tender process, coordinating with contractors and project planners to ensure seamless execution, and overseeing commissioning and training programs. The role requires participation in project meetings, conducting validation surveys, addressing technical queries, and troubleshooting technical challenges, all while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Technical Services and Technical Support
Proficient in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Demonstrated capability in Customer Service and effective communication with clients
Experience in delivering Training and guiding teams
Ability to effectively manage projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with M&E installations, commissioning processes, and construction-related technical management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or refurbishment sectors is highly advantageous
