The role is a key part of the centralised T&C function, responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of the firm’s T&C framework across the entire adviser population. This includes maintaining strong governance standards, monitoring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements, and supporting the development of robust well-evidenced processes aligned with the firm’s culture, values, and risk management approach. As our T&C Supervisor, you will typically: Deliver and maintain the firm’s T&C framework, ensuring policies, processes and records remain current, compliant, and consistently applied Monitor T&C compliance and adviser competence, providing clear MI, KPIs and risk indicator reporting, escalating concerns where required Support adviser onboarding, supervision and development through centralised assessments, coaching, and the effective use of approved tools and processes Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on T&C standards, acting as a central point of contact for advisers and managers Maintain personal competence and strong risk awareness, staying up to date with regulatory developments and meeting the requirements of the firm’s T&C Supervisor Scheme Ensure accurate, audit ready record keeping across all T&C activities and support internal and external audit and governance requirements What we are looking for in our ideal T&C Supervisor : Experienced Financial Services Professional with strong understanding of FCA T&C, SYSC and Conduct Rules Previous T&C experience, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment Qualified to Level 4 Diploma (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) or equivalent Holds (or is working towards) an industry recognised supervision qualification such as J07 or AF6 would be desirable Strong organisational, analytical, and coaching skills, with the ability to balance regulatory expectations, commercial considerations and adviser development needs High attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation Benefits and Perks at AFH Flexible working & holidays - Enjoy flexible working and competitive holiday allowance, with annual buy & sell scheme options and your birthday off.
