Responsibilities
* Supervise and support office staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration.
* Oversee daily office operations, including clerical tasks, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
* Ensure excellent communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
* Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary.
* Develop training programmes for staff to promote professional development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office management or supervisory role.
* Strong clerical and administrative experience is essential.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated experience in team management and human resources functions.
