Day to Day Duties
As a Caretaker, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Ensuring both internal and external areas of the building are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
* Carrying out routine cleaning, sweeping, and general upkeep of the premises.
* Performing minor maintenance tasks to uphold the functionality and safety of the site.
* Overseeing waste management, including the organisation and timely disposal of recycling bins.
* Conducting seasonal maintenance tasks such as gritting in winter and maintaining gardens in warmer months.
* Completing regular safety and maintenance checks to ensure a safe environment.
* Coordinating service contracts and liaising with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Skills needed to be a Caretaker with our client:
* Basic level of English
* Reliable and punctual
* Good communication skills
Desirable experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Training
* Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
