Role Description
This is a remote performance-based role for a Social Media & Lead Growth Manager. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing social media content to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing social media strategies aligned with retail and wholesale goals
* Managing Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp channels
* Creating engaging content including Reels, product showcases, and seasonal campaigns
* Handling inquiries and converting them into qualified leads (retail and wholesale)
* Running and managing performance-focused lead-generation ads (not boosting)
* Collaborating with micro-influencers, boutiques, and stylists
* Tracking lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign performance
* Reporting lead data and improving conversion through content strategy
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
* Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends, buyer psychology, and lead-focused content strategy
* Experience with lead-generation ads (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads), including tracking and reporting
* Strong communication skills, with experience managing DM / WhatsApp customer inquiries
* Ability to build and maintain warm lead databases for both retail and wholesale clients
* Experience in influencer outreach or boutique collaboration is an advantage
* Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or basic video editing applications
* Business-minded, creative, and results-oriented, with focus on performance and conversion
* No formal degree required — skills, experience, and results are valued

* Hindi and / or Punjabi (Preferred for customer communication & retail / wholesale engagement)
