Sunday Treat is looking for a talented, driven and ambitious Video Editor to join its growing team. We produce and make video content for social, online and broadcast for a wealth of clients across consumer and business facing brands. Our projects range from small scale virtual set-ups to full-scale narrative television commercials and everything in between.
In the past year we’ve produced launch content for new Canon cameras, produced B2B content for Google across the US, created influencer-led work for brands like Hello Fresh & KLM and VOD broadcast commercials for online, Sky and ITVX.
We find the fun, injecting elements of humour and candour into every project we do both in terms of final output and the process of getting there. We’re a small, passionate team who punch well above their weight and love the work that we do.
About You
We’re looking for a video editor who’s passionate about storytelling, detail, and craft - someone who can take raw footage and turn it into distinctive, emotionally engaging work. You’ll have a sharp eye for pacing, tone, and rhythm, and a natural instinct for what makes a story land. Precision and pride in your edits are essential, as is the ability to collaborate closely with directors, producers, and creatives to bring our projects to life.
You should have experience within the agency or production world, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end post-production process - from ingest and sync through to grade and final delivery. You’ll be confident working across multiple projects at once, maintaining creative consistency and technical accuracy under tight deadlines.
A strong sense of design, timing, and music is key. You’ll need to bring creative flair to every edit while respecting brand guidelines and client expectations. You’ll often be shaping mood and tone, building narrative flow, and finding smart editorial solutions to creative challenges.
Experience in full Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. Familiarity with colour grading sound design/post-production tools is a bonus. You’ll need a clear understanding of codecs, formats, and delivery specs for both digital platforms for both professional and UGC style content.
While the majority of your time will be spent in the studio or working remotely, you will also need to support shoots - especially where direct involvement in rushes, continuity, or on-set data management adds value. This will require you to be on set and travel directly to shoots, primarily in London but sometimes across the UK and internationally.
This role suits an editor who wants to grow and take their next step; to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and be part of a creative team that values experimentation, humour, and heart in equal measure. You’ll be supported by senior creatives and producers, with opportunities to progress quickly as we continue to expand our production slate.
