Purpose of Job
To assist in day-to-day office administration and business generally.
Duties
* Assist in the day to day running of the office administration
* Processing customer inquiries and orders.
* Purchasing items for production
* Weekly supplier order progressing
* Contacting suppliers on a daily basis
Profile
* Ability to work quickly and to deadlines
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers and suppliers
* Excellent administration skills
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word (including mail merge skills) and reasonable understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding of Sage Line 500 beneficial but not essential.
* Must be highly motivated towards achieving targets and must show a track-record of doing so.
* Someone who can see problems and use their own initiative to find and affect solutions.
Education / Experience
* Reasonable academic achievement, to A-Level standard or equivalent.
* Administration / busy office experience.
* Buying experience preferred but not essential

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
