Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical discovery and initial build of a new RFP (Request for Proposal) Automation platform. This is a high-impact role at the very start of a strategic initiative aimed at transforming a heavily manual, document-driven procurement process into a modern, automated, and scalable solution.

You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the platform-evaluating solution options, validating architectural approaches, and creating early prototypes-while remaining hands-on from day one.

A strong understanding of procurement processes and RFP life cycle concepts is important for success in this role, as the solution will sit at the heart of a complex procurement ecosystem.

The Challenge

Today, the RFP process relies heavily on disconnected documents and spreadsheets, resulting in:

* High administrative burden
* Repetitive manual content creation
* Limited workflow control, visibility, or tracking
* Minimal integration with existing procurement and enterprise systems
* A fragmented journey spanning RFP creation, distribution, evaluation, selection, and onboarding into procurement platforms
* This role will help define and deliver a next-generation RFP automation solution that simplifies and standardizes this life cycle.
