I am sourcing an experienced HRIS Manager for a 12 month FTC to take ownership of a major HR systems transformation project. This is a hands-on role leading the end-to-end delivery of a new HR Information System. This role is based in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis. HRIS Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead the HRIS workstream from planning to post-launch. Partner with senior HR and project stakeholders to make smart design and configuration decisions. Oversee data migration, testing, and system readiness for multiple go-live phases. Manage a small team of HRIS Analysts, ensuring key milestones are met. Develop user training, documentation, and deliver an exceptional rollout experience. HRIS Manager Key Responsibilities: Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS or HCM implementations. Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations. Confident working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers. Excellent project leadership and communication skills.
