Branston is one of the UKs leading fresh produce suppliers, and were looking for aSite Technical Managerto join our senior management team at Lincoln. This is a high-impact role, responsible forall technical, quality, and food safety functions on site.Youll lead the site technical strategy, manage compliance and risk, and build strong teams that deliver excellence every day.
What youll be doing:
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead the site QA team (intake, raw materials, and factory) and manage all related QA processes.
* Oversee the Hygiene teams day-to-day activity in collaboration with the Group Hygiene Manager.
* Build, coach, and develop strong teams with clear objectives, succession plans, and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Play an active role in the site senior management team, contributing to both quality and operational strategy.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring food safety and quality standards are embedded across the site.
Standards & Compliance
1. Own and develop the site Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with BRCGS, Red Tractor, retailer, and industry standards.
