Your Role:As a Facilities Assistant, you will ensure that our facilities are in tip-top shape, enabling our teams to focus on what they do best. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with office setups for meetings and events.
* Assisting with incoming deliveries.
* Conducting regular inspections to ensure that facilities are safe and compliant.
* Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
* Handling incoming requests from staff regarding facilities issues with a smile.
* Helping to create a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office spaces.
Who You Are:
* You have a knack for problem-solving and a positive attitude.
* You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task like a pro.
* You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
