Overview of the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support the management and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and wider compliance activities. Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, this role will help maintain compliance across all standards, legal registers, and internal processes — ensuring the company operates to the highest levels of governance, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving systems, automating processes, and enhancing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Management Systems Support: · Support the maintenance and administration of the company’s ISO-certified management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001,27001). · Assist with internal audits, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives. · Maintain compliance documentation, registers, and controlled records to ensure accuracy and accessibility. · Work with process owners to ensure procedures and policies remain current and compliant. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: · Maintain and update the company’s legal registers, tracking relevant legislation and regulatory changes. · Support the preparation of documentation and evidence for external audits and certification visits. · Assist in promoting awareness and understanding of compliance requirements across the business. Administration & Automation: · Manage day-to-day administration of compliance-related systems and processes. · Use tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI to help streamline workflows, reporting, and documentation. · Identify and contribute to opportunities for automation and digitalisation within compliance activities. Continuous Improvement · Support the Compliance Manager in driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and documentation. · Contribute ideas to simplify and improve compliance reporting and internal communication. · Help deliver training and awareness sessions on compliance processes and expectations. What you’ll be responsible for: · Experience in compliance, quality, or management system administration (engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments desirable). · Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) preferred. · Strong organisational, documentation, and record-keeping skills. · Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and ideally Power Automate. · Analytical thinker with a keen eye for process improvement. · Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
