AEP Ltd is seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our busy Service Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating people and processes to deliver excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Scheduling and planning engineers’ work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects.
* Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices.
* Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works.
* Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports.
* Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate.
* Using SAP to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and customer service abilities.
* Confident working with schedules, diaries, and administrative systems.
* Comfortable using business software (experience with SAP is a plus).
* Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
