Microservice Store is establishing new industry norms for how embedded and connected products are built and evolved. We are creating a digital marketplace that connects product vendors, developers, IP providers, and tool partners through a trusted supply chain for reusable software components. By making proven functionality discoverable, deployable, and governable at scale, Microservice Store enables faster innovation, stronger ecosystem collaboration, and a more transparent, security-led standard for connected devices across industries.
Role Description
We are seeking a high caliber AI Engineer/Expert to bridge the gap between low level hardware and advanced machine learning. This role is critical to our R&D efforts in AI driven code generation, AI module training. You will be responsible for developing the intelligence that identifies, isolates, and patches microservices within embedded environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* AI Code Generation: Train AI models capable of generating secure, optimized C/C++ code patches for embedded microservices.
* System Integration: Integrate AI inference engines within resource-constrained hardware environments (Edge AI).
* AI Code Generation & LLMs: Proven track record in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for automated code synthesis, fine-tuning models for programming languages, or building AI-driven developer tools.
* Edge AI & Inference: Experience deploying and optimizing machine learning models on hardware "at the edge," including familiarity with quantization, pruning, and frameworks like TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers or TFLM.
* System Architecture: Understanding of Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and memory management, with the ability to design Hardware Aware AI logic.
* Embedded Systems Mastery: Preferable experience in firmware development using C and C++ within resource-constrained environments (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32).
General AI & Software Qualifications:
* Machine Learning Frameworks: Proficiency for model training, evaluation, and specialized module development.
* Data Engineering: Ability to curate, label, and preprocess specialized datasets for training AI modules focused on vulnerability detection and microservice patching.
* Security-First Coding: Strong understanding of secure coding standards and the ability to train AI to avoid common vulnerabilities.
* Development Tools: Expert level with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Python for automation and AI scripting.
Experience & Education:
* Education: Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering.
* Language/Scaling: Capability to work within a global technical team, supporting our strategic expansion.
