My client is one of the UKs leading independent waste management companies, providing collection, recycling, and energy recovery.
My client is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Operations Manager to lead their Transfer Station Operations. This role is central to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and performance of the site while delivering excellent customer service and fostering a strong team culture.
The ideal candidate will have plant and machinery experience, ability to run the site, have IOSH, a track record of working to KPIs, and delivering continuous improvement.
