Ever thought about stepping up from Advisor to Team Leader? This is your chance.
You’ll manage a small team of Advisors helping people back into sustainable work. Your role is about coaching, caseload reviews, keeping performance on track, and making sure compliance doesn’t become a dirty word. You’ll also get exposure to stakeholders and programme managers – so you’ll learn the ropes of leadership properly.
Responsibilities
* Manage a small team of Advisors and coach them to deliver sustainable work outcomes.
* Coach, conduct caseload reviews, and monitor performance to keep on track.
* Ensure compliance is understood and maintained across the team.
* Engage with stakeholders and programme managers to develop leadership skills and gain exposure to programme delivery.
What you’ll need
* Experience as a high-performing Advisor who knows what “good” looks like.
* Strong organisational skills (you’ll juggle a lot, daily).
* Confidence to coach others and keep them focused.
* Currently working as an Employment Coach, Employment Advisor, Employment Consultant or Work Coach.
