About the candidate:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, PULSAR are seeking a super dynamic Marketing Executive with a specialism in social media. Benefiting from a ‘can do’ attitude, the candidate will flourish in a super progressive department and will be sure to have good fun along the journey.
About the role:
The ideal candidate will take full ownership and have comprehensive input to the tone, frequency and content of our company’s social media channels. From time to time, the individual will support at trade events, assist in delivering marketing campaigns, assist in marketing administration tasks, support e-marketing campaigns and generally support the demands of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, create and post relevant content via our SoMe channels
2. Drive brand heat and increase followers across desired channels
3. Report on data upside to coincide with defined KPI
4. Manage and implement paid campaigns
5. Support with set-up, break down and stand coverage at key industry events from time to time
6. Capture subscribers and leads whilst working trade events
7. Support award submissions with industry affiliates
8. Utilise the Mailchimp platform to market necessary communications to the B2B and D2C customer base.
9. Report on eMarketing campaigns
10. Create and communicate a monthly newsletter
11. Provide general administrative support to the department
12. Support meetings, manage calendars and manage marketing assets
13. Assist with video and photography where necessary
14. Support and deliver on inbound requests from our B2B customer base

Desired Skills:
* Experienced Social Media user with a clear understanding of desired audience, paid promotions and influencer led sales generation
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite
* Proficiency in marketing platforms inclusive of Mailchimp, Canva and Premier Pro
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Soft Skills:
* Ability to analyse and report on data and associated metrics
* Highly organised
Qualifications & Experience:
* Marketing Degree preferred but not essential (2:1)
* Amazing grades in higher education preferred
* Amazing grades in GCSE’s preferred
* UK Driving Licence essential
