What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Meet Production Volume Targets
● What: Operate production line machinery to make our insulation products. You will follow the work instructions and check the flow of production to make sure you consistently meet your daily output goals.
● Why: To ensure we have the stock available to fulfill customer orders promptly. By hitting your targets, you are a vital part of making sure our customers get the products they need, when they need them.
1. Deliver High-Quality Products
● What: You will carry out quality checks on the products you make, following our quality procedures. Your job is to make sure every item meets our standards and nothing slips through the cracks. If you spot a problem, you will use the correct process to deal with it.
● Why: Because our reputation is built on the quality of our products. By ensuring everything you make is to the highest standard, you directly contribute to our company's success and earn the trust of our customers.
1. Champion Safety to Ensure an Accident-Free Workplace
● What: You will always follow our health and safety rules and use your personal protective equipment (PPE). You are responsible for immediately reporting any potential dangers or unsafe practices you see. You will also help keep your work area clean and organized to prevent risks.

Incorrect data affects everyone—it can lead to us not having enough materials to make our products, cause delays for customers, or create financial strain. By ensuring accuracy, you are a vital link in the chain that keeps the entire company running smoothly.
